Booking terms

Bookings are confirmed after availability has been approved and payment has been received according to the agreed schedule. A security deposit is required before arrival and refunded after departure, subject to the condition of the property. A deposit is required to confirm the booking. Free cancellation with full refund of the deposit within 10 days after booking. Beyond that, the full amount remains due if the stay is cancelled less than one month before arrival and the house is not rebooked.
