Minimum stay
A minimum stay of 7 nights applies in mid and high season. Shorter stays may be possible in low season on request.
Optional extras
Pool heating is available on request. The target temperature is 26°C in mid season and 28°C in high season.
Booking terms
A booking is confirmed after availability has been approved and payment instructions have been sent. The remaining balance and security deposit are requested before arrival according to the booking schedule.
Cancellation
A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking and is non‑refundable in all cases. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival incur no further charges; from 30 to 14 days, 50% of the stay is due, and less than 14 days before arrival, no‑show or early departure, 100% of the stay is due.
