Access and keys
Arrival instructions will be sent before your stay. A secure key handover system is in place to make your arrival easy and independent.

Balance and security deposit
Before arrival, guests receive clear information about the remaining balance, the security deposit and payment timing. Payment can be arranged via PayPal or bank transfer.

A practical house guide is shared before arrival and also available on site. It includes useful information about the house, local tips, beaches, restaurants and everyday practical details.

Guest names are registered as required by Portuguese tourism regulations. Your information is handled with care and never shared beyond what is needed.
